yeah, I scanned the hole artbook and uploaded nearly all the scans here.
I also scanned the Full Moon wo sagashite Artbook but didn't upload until today.

Hmmm...i know that's kanji ^^ but i was just suggest you that site in case you wanted to add some other text or even change the kanji, just my opinion.
For the background, i would use a nice stock photo, maybe a snowy photo would fit tha scan (you can check some photos from http://www.sxc.hu/) and a tutorial to make the stock photo fit your scan http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/1930/stocktopaintti5.jpg
I don't make many scenic walls, it's not my style but hope that helps you.

Hi! If you want to remove words (or any unwanted stuff) in your scan, you have to use the clone tool. Here's one tutorial about clone stamping. I hope it will help you.
